Akratos Rosato Matera Primitivo DOC

Flowers and fresh fruit blend harmoniously in a bright and full-bodied rosé, the result of Primitivo grapes that have been left to macerate for at least twenty-four hours. Primitivo, the first-born of the red grapes in Southern Italy, traditionally symbolizes the start of the harvest celebrations. Akratos Rosato is a wine imbued with a festive spirit, fresh but at the same time persistent on the palate, which takes its name from the pure oinos, without dilution with water, reserved for the god Dionysus according to the tradition of the ancient Greeks, who left a profound imprint in the history of the Battifarano estate.
