Wine with an intense ruby ​​red color, the nose reveals delicious aromas of small red fruits, morello cherry and plum, with light hints of licorice. On the palate it is enveloping, elegant and persistent with a soft tannic note in perfect balance with its structure. Ideal combined with legume soups, first courses, risottos and macco di fave. Serving temperature 16-18°C.

Autochthonous variety among the oldest in western Sicily, Perricone offers ample olfactory sensations of fresh red berried fruit, confirmed in a pleasant persistence. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature between 22 and 25°C, and refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks for a period of no less than 6 months. A further month of rest in the bottle is carried out before release.
