Anthaia rosé Umbria 2021
The grapes rigorously selected and harvested in crates are subjected to a soft pressing up to 50% without maceration on the skins. The fermentation in white takes place at a controlled temperature between 14° and 16° for 3 weeks. The aging on the lees goes on for about three months, before creating the final blend and being bottled.
Pairings
Excellent to accompany raw meat or fish, or slightly savory cured meats with a sweet tendency such as pistachio mortadella and coppa di testa. A serving temperature of 10-12 degrees is recommended.
