A sparkling ruby, this wine offers a bouquet on the nose characterized by a sincere and intense vinosity, enriched by notes of wild strawberries, blackberry and a delicate smoky hint. In the mouth, a harmonious balance manifests itself, with soft tannins and lively acidity. The succulence is enveloping and rich in flavor, leading to a tasting conclusion in which the fruity sweetness returns in a satisfying way.

Soils with a characteristic brown colour, with a silty-loam texture and a skeleton that varies from 10% to 20%. The depth of the soil, ideal for root development, is between 140 and 160 cm. This type of soil is characterized by the absence of limestone, has a neutral pH and enjoys an effective internal drainage system. Its formation is due to polychrome clay schists, predominantly grey, dating back to the Cretaceous-Eocene period. Sometimes, pink or white limestone pebbles can be found, the result of ancient torrential floods.
