Cantoria is the harmonious result of five prestigious vines: Primitivo, Negroamaro, Uva di Troia, Malvasia and Sangiovese. This red wine has an intense ruby color, characterized by a unique and distinctive personality. Its complex bouquet, resulting from the synergy of the five vines, manifests itself with enveloping notes of cherry, plum, black cherry, blackberry, pomegranate, blueberry, violet and liquorice.
Its imposing structure and enveloping warmth make Cantoria an unforgettable sensory experience. The manufacturing process, carried out entirely in steel, contributes to giving the wine a softness which is perfected thanks to a three-month refinement in third passage barriques and subsequent maturation in the bottle.
We recommend serving Cantoria at a temperature between 16 and 18 °C to fully appreciate its aromatic nuances. This wine lends itself beautifully to being accompanied by mature cheeses, roast meats and spicy dishes, thus completing a rich and satisfying gastronomic experience.
