Soffio embodies the essence of Primitivo, the most noble grape variety of Puglia. The quality of our grapes and the scrupulous attention during winemaking elevate this wine to a level of excellence, displaying enveloping fragrances of red berry fruit, including cherry, plum, black cherry and blackberry.
When tasting Soffio, the distinctive characteristics of this great Apulian vine harmoniously blend: a full body, vibrant freshness and velvety tannins that contribute to a pleasant softness.
The recommended serving temperature is between 14 and 16 °C, optimal for fully enhancing the complex aromas of this fine wine. Soffio pairs beautifully with mature cheeses, first courses rich in flavour, roast meats and stews, creating combinations that enhance the complexity and elegance of this wine.
