Castel del Monte Cosmatesco comes from 100% Montepulciano grapes, harvested only by hand in the second half of October.
It has a ruby red color with intense violet reflections. The nose reveals hints of ripe red fruit. On the palate it is intense and full-bodied, fruity and soft, with elegant tannins.
Ideal in combinations with roasts, pasta, white meats and cheeses.
