A fresh Sangiovese that stands out for its innovative packaging: this wine, without a glass bottle, is packaged in a completely recyclable container, made with 94% recycled cardboard and with a CO₂ footprint six times lower than traditional packaging. The bottle can be introduced in all environments with limitations on the use of glass.
The grapes are gently pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature between 14° and 16°C in steel containers. After a few months of aging on the fine lees, always in steel, the wine is bottled, ensuring freshness and quality in every sip.
