The nose is fresh and complex with spicy notes that mix with the floral ones of linden, acacia and honey.
In the mouth, mineral notes reminiscent of apricot and orange peel emerge, followed by a very long finish of toasted hazelnuts, a typical feature of this grape variety.
Ideal in combinations with elaborate fish dishes , shellfish-based first courses, vegetable risottos, white meats, buffalo mozzarella.
