Bright red wine, recognizable by the fresh and fruity notes of black cherries, blueberries and raspberries. Soft and balanced, very versatile and appreciable even for daring combinations based on pizza, as well as being an excellent wine for aperitifs, appetizers and first courses.
Recommended serving temperature between 14-16°C.
It is one of the oldest vines found in Sicily. Cultivated in the hilly area of Agrigento, it expresses great pleasantness and taste-olfactory harmony. The grapes are harvested manually in small crates, then destemmed and macerated at a controlled temperature between 24 and 27°C. The refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks for a period of about 6 months. It rests a further month in the bottle before being marketed.
