Taken from a 100% Cortese vine, this wine is still and has a light straw yellow colour.
It has multiple olfactory notes and fine, floral and fruity scents, in particular of linden and grapefruit with slight notes of flint.
The taste sensation is delicately complex, fresh and savory, with a balanced and persistent finish.
Excellent in combinations with: aperitifs, first courses, fish and vegetable main courses, soups, white meats, soused, delicate cold cuts, fresh or short-maturing, soft and stretched cheeses.
