Taken from a 100% Cortese vine, this wine is still and has a light straw yellow colour.

The nose reveals fine floral and fruity notes and hints, in particular linden and peach.
The taste sensation is subtle and elegant, very fine. Fresh and savory, it closes on the palate with a balanced and persistent finish.

Excellent in combinations with: aperitifs, first courses, fish and vegetable main courses, white meats, soused fish, consommé and fresh cheeses.
