Gavi DOCG is a fine wine obtained exclusively from the Cortese grape, a vine that gives this wine a unique elegance. With an alcohol content of 12% vol, it has a light straw yellow color that anticipates freshness and liveliness on the palate.
The organoleptic characteristics define a perfume of great finesse, delicately fruity, which invites you to taste it. The taste is a pleasant surprise: fresh, savory and harmonious, giving a balanced and satisfying tasting experience. The optimal tasting temperature is between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius, to maximize its qualities.
