Grechetto DOC Colli del Trasimeno Vercanto is characterized by a straw yellow color with lively golden reflections. The nose releases hints of exotic and tropical fruit with a delicate note of vanilla. On the palate it is full, enveloping, supported by a very pleasant freshness. Elegant, mineral, with a slightly almond finish.

Excellent in combinations with sea or lake fish dishes. With white meats or aged cheeses. Risotto with Curry or Saffron. Exceptional with the classic Lake Trasimeno fry made with silversides and perch fillets.
