Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it is a wine of
great intensity and persistence. Hints of fruit dominate
yellow and delicate nuances of citrus and aromatic herbs.
On the palate it has excellent freshness and flavor.
Ideal companion for salads, soups and couscous.
Marsala grape par excellence, it gives great structure and minerality. Manually harvested in small crates, it is destemmed
and softly pressed. The fermentation is controlled at a constant temperature of 16/18°C and the refinement takes place in
stainless steel containers for over 6 months. The bottles rest for at least a month before being marketed.
