Grillo Ferreri 2022 is a Sicilian DOC wine produced with only Grillo grapes, hand-harvested in the municipalities of Santa Ninfa and Castelvetrano. The clay-limestone soil and the altitude of 400 meters above sea level give life to a bright straw wine with tones of white flowers, with aromas of yellow plum, peach and jasmine. The clean and fresh taste is savoryly integrated with a delicate softness, with an alcohol content of 13.50% vol. Grillo Ferreri 2022 is ideal for accompanying cheese soufflés and other light dishes.
