During the tasting it is possible to notice the purplish-red color and intense and lively scents. It is a young and balanced wine. We recommend pairing with red meat dishes and savory soft cheeses.
It is our idea of a ready-to-drink Sicilian red wine. Isola dei Profumi rosso is a fresh blend, to be drunk daily, a wine that enhances the heat, mitigated by the winds, typical of our areas. The hand-picked grapes are destemmed and macerated in thermoregulated fermenters at 22/24°C, the malolactic fermentation and refinement take place in stainless steel containers.
