Taken from Aglianico variety grapes, it has an intense ruby red color with
slight purplish hues, tending towards garnet with ageing.
An intense, ethereal aroma emerges on the nose with aromas of red fruits and spices.
In the mouth, on the other hand, it releases a full, dry, harmonious and rightly tannic flavour.
Excellent in combinations with grilled pork and mutton, red meats, noble pieces
of beef or sheep and pecorino cheeses with increasing seasoning.
