Wine made from Coda di Volpe grapes (100%), with an intense straw yellow colour.
An intense and floral aroma stands out on the nose with hints of pineapple, peach, rennet apples and chamomile. As the wine ages, it tends to have nutty and honey odors.
In the mouth it releases a taste: dry, warm, soft, full-bodied, with a marked freshness and strong aromatic persistence that amplifies the notes perceived on the nose.
Excellent in combinations with aperitifs, seafood appetizers, soups and pasta with white sauces, Italian fried fish, white meats and fresh cheeses.
