Isola dei Profumi white is a fresh blend, fantastic to accompany aperitifs, a wine that enhances the heat, mitigated by the winds and typical of our areas.
The grapes are harvested by hand, the musts are fermented at a controlled temperature, the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks.
From a tasting point of view, it is possible to note the lively straw yellow color and typical hints of fresh Mediterranean fruit. It is a young and perfectly harmonious wine. We recommend pairing with aperitifs and fish-based dishes.
