Isola dei Profumi rosso is a fresh blend, to be drunk daily, a wine that enhances the heat, mitigated by the winds, typical of our areas.
The grapes are harvested by hand, destemmed and macerated in thermoregulated fermenters at 22/24°C, the malolactic fermentation and refinement take place in stainless steel containers.
During the tasting it is possible to notice the purplish-red color and intense and lively scents. Excellent in combination with red meat dishes and savory soft cheeses.
