Mandra Rosso is a red wine from the Sardinian region of Mandrolisai, specifically from the controlled designation of origin (DOC) of Mandrolisai. it is carefully produced by the renowned Cantina del Mandrolisai, located in Sorgono, Sardinia.
The grapes used for the production of this wine grow in vineyards located in a medium or high hill area, on soil characterized by a particular composition of decomposed granite. This unique terroir gives the wine distinct characteristics.
The grape harvest follows a consolidated tradition and takes place during the first ten days of October, guaranteeing the correct ripeness and quality of the grapes.
