Grapes: Exclusively Sangiovese, a renowned and versatile grape variety.

Vinification: Vinification takes place in steel, where a constant temperature between 25° and 28°C is maintained, ensuring precise control of the process. The grape skins are macerated for two weeks, with regular pumping over and délestages to obtain a better extraction of the desired components. The malolactic fermentation also takes place in steel, preserving the freshness and purity of the wine.

Aging: After the winemaking phase, the wine is aged in steel for a prolonged period of 24 months, then matures for 30 months in French oak Tonneaux, giving complexity and structure to the wine. Finally, it rests in the bottle for at least 6 months before being put on the market, allowing perfect integration of its components.

Color: The wine has an intense ruby ​​red color, indicative of its concentration and depth.

Nose: The bouquet is rich and intense, with predominant notes of ripe red fruit such as currants, raspberries and pomegranate. Nuances of berries, balsamic hints and sweet spices also emerge which enrich the aromatic profile of the wine.

Pairings: This Sangiovese pairs beautifully with roasted and braised red meat dishes, offering a perfect balance between its structure and intense flavours. It is also ideal in combination with game-based dishes and mature cheeses, which enhance the complexity and elegance of the wine.

Serving temperature: We recommend tasting the wine at a temperature of 18°C ​​to fully appreciate its aromas and structure.

Alcoholic strength: The wine has an alcohol content of 15.5%, confirming its robustness and its presence in the mouth.
