Obtained by drying on the plant with destemming and soft pressing, from Moscatello di Castiglione a Casauria grapes, an exclusive clone of white Moscato.
Aged in barrique and tonneau for at least 4 years. Intense golden colour, it has aromas of dried apricot, dried figs and freshly toasted citron. Rich, persistent but at the same time fresh and not cloying taste.
Ideal in combinations with delicate blue cheeses and dry pastries.
