This extraordinary wine is the result of a perfectly balanced blend between 80% Chardonnay and 20% Sauvignon. With an alcohol content of 12.5% vol., it represents an excellent union of these two varieties.
The organoleptic characteristics are presented with a pale yellow color, enriched by beautiful green reflections that evoke freshness and vitality. The highly refined scent reveals intense nuances of pineapple, mandarin and wisteria, preparing the palate for a full, rounded and elegantly structured flavour. The ideal tasting temperature is between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius, to best bring out the complexity and balance of this unique wine.
