Transparent ruby red of medium intensity, but very lively and bright. Of medium olfactory power, it is characterized by floral - fruity finesse (wild violet and unripe hazelnut), persistent and captivating. The taste is expressed with a structure that is never overbearing but very balanced.
Just pleasantly tannic, with long-lasting tannins that highlight the specificity of mountain Nebbiolo.
Well harmonious in its freshness and flavor, it is the ideal complement to traditional dishes
of the Valley's cuisine (pizzoccheri, polenta), for snacks with cured meats and for all Alpine soups.
