It comes from Sangiovese grapes and has an intense ruby red colour.
The nose is floral, fruity with hints of red rose, cherry and violet.
In the mouth it releases freshness, good acidity and is quite tannic.
Intense and persistent, full-bodied.
Ideal in combinations with torte al testo with sausage, first courses with meat sauces, medium-aged pecorino cheese and pork roast beef.
