Santaloja is a wine produced entirely with Moscato Bianco grapes, harvested and selected by hand at the end of August. It has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections.
On the nose, it has intense aromas of peach and citrus, enriched with balsamic notes.
In the mouth it is pleasantly full and mineral, with a good acid structure that accompanies towards an aromatic and persistent finish.
Ideal in pairings with aperitifs, fish-based dishes and cheeses.
