Dolcetto wine is an excellent expression of the wine art, entirely dedicated to the Dolcetto grape. With an alcohol content of 13% vol., this wine has an intense ruby red colour, sometimes with subtle violet reflections, which catches the eye and anticipates the fullness of the flavour.
The organoleptic characteristics define a vinous perfume with a characteristic aroma, inviting sensorial exploration. The taste is dry, soft and fruity at the same time, with a delicate almond aftertaste that makes it unique. The recommended tasting temperature is between 16 and 18 degrees Celsius, to fully savor the complexity and elegance of this wine.
