This wine comes from a selection of Chardonnay grapes (100% Blanc de Blanc).
Brilliant straw colour, fine and persistent perlage.
From an olfactory point of view it expresses delicate sensations of yeast and bread crust, yellow-fleshed tropical fruit and a light floral note.
On the palate, however, it has a pleasant freshness in perfect synergy with the elegant minerality. Enveloping and velvety foam. Pleasantly balanced with an energetic and slightly savory finish.
Excellent in combinations for aperitifs and appetizers. Also ideal with typical risottos of the Italian tradition, dishes based on fish and shellfish.
