The Merlot vineyards of the Battifarano estate, located on clay-loamy soils facing south, give the wine body and a balanced alcohol content, making it an ideal companion for Italian cuisine. The name "Toccacielo" not only identifies the stream that crosses the district of origin, but also represents a promise that materializes from the first sip.
