This wine takes its name from the stream that flows through Masseria Battifarano, indicated in ancient maps as "Toccaculo". To cross it on foot, women lifted their skirts, a gesture that tells the story of the place.
A wine with a full-bodied and sincere character, born from the lands that overlook the course of the stream, giving intense aromas. The grapes are the result of meticulous experimental work which involved ancient varieties and clones selected over the course of an entire year.
