An enveloping sip that opens with the exciting scent of ripe red fruits, and then conquers the palate with the full body of grapes harvested from lush vineyards exposed to the heat of the southern sun. This wine, characterized by a fascinating ruby colour, is the skilful result of a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Primitivo and Merlot grapes. Its history is intertwined with the power of the Aragonese garrisons, who, in the sixteenth century, built the majestic Torre Bollita to defend the communities along the coasts of the Ionian Sea. Today, the tower stands on the Battifarano family estate, a symbol of a glorious past that continues to reverberate in the aromas and flavors of this extraordinary wine.
