Made from grape varieties: Capriata d'Orba, Francavilla and San Cristoforo. It has a light straw yellow colour.
On the nose, it has fine, floral hints, in particular of linden and lavender. The taste sensation is fine, fresh and slightly sapid, with an intense and balanced finish.
Excellent in pairings with aperitifs and brunches; with fish and vegetable first and second courses, soups, white meats, delicate cold cuts, fresh or short-maturing, soft and stretched cheeses.
