Made from 100% Syrah grapes and with an intense ruby red colour.
Complex aromas of ripe red and black fruits, cherries, wild blackberries, blueberries, black currants, hints of spices, cloves, black pepper, smoky notes, balsamic hints. On the palate the fruit melts very sweet and vigorous and accompanies the densely textured tannin. Fresh, soft and silky, good structure. Persistent and long on the finish.
Excellent with savory cheeses, savory first courses, red meat, pork, game and cured meats.
