Wine made from Merlot grapes 50%., Refosco dpr 50%; it has a rosé color with bright "nuances" of onion skin.
The nose has an intense aroma, with delicate fruity tones of jam and bread crust.
In the mouth it releases a dry taste, without harshness, harmonious and elegant in the body with a good aromatic persistence accompanied by a slight citrine sensation.
Excellent in combinations with aperitifs, fish-based dishes, risottos, tagliolini and the classic sweet ham with melon.
